- T-Bar Rows W/ Handle
- First 2 Sets 30 Reps
- Last 2 Sets 20-25 Reps
- Single Arm Upper Back Pull Machine
- 1 Cluster of 30, 30, 25, 25 Reps- Decreasing Weight Each time
- Single Arm Lat Machine
- 1 Cluster of 30, 30, 25, 25 Reps- Decreasing Weight Each time
- Shotgun Row
- 1 Cluster of 30, 30, 25, 25 Reps
- Hyperextensions
- 2 Sets until failure
