What an honor it is to be here. Always a blessing to share what my fitness approach is with all of you! Today was a little hectic. I had to get in a quick workout. Busy days are good days ‘mind you.

  1. Wide Grip Pull Ups
    • 4 Sets of 10 Reps
  2. Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs
    • Sets 1-4 30 Reps
    • Set 4-8 15 Reps
  3. T-Bar Rows W/ Handle
    • First 2 Sets 30 Reps
    • Last 2 Sets 20-25 Reps
  4. Single Arm Upper Back Pull Machine
    • 1 Cluster of 30, 30, 25, 25 Reps- Decreasing Weight Each time
  5. Single Arm Lat Machine
    • 1 Cluster of 30, 30, 25, 25 Reps- Decreasing Weight Each time
  6. Shotgun Row
    • 1 Cluster of 30, 30, 25, 25 Reps
  7. Hyperextensions
    • 2 Sets until failure
